For more than 40 years, Ken has successfully provided senior leadership to logistics, systems engineering, and program management initiatives in the Federal Government—solving complex business and technical challenges head on. He founded ALC in 2008, successfully graduating the company from SBA’s 8(a) Program in 2019. Ken brings a rare combination of business acumen, management skill, and technical expertise to all his work.

As President, Ken manages both the strategic direction of the company as well as ensuring the quality of services provided to its customers across multiple sites, and to the professional growth of ALC staff. He is a hands-on executive, overseeing customer support, teaming and partner relationships, and the corporate operations of the organization. Darrin Armentrout

Building trust is the foundation of everything we do.

Darrin, a founding member of the Acquisition Logistics Company, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He works closely with our customers, program managers, team-mates, and corporate officers to ensure effective contract management and oversight of ALC’s Quality Assurance Program. He oversees operational activities that provide successful outcomes for ALC’s contractual and corporate initiatives.

Darrin brings over 25 years of continuous service managing acquisition and contracting support services for the Department of the Interior, the National Park Service, the Federal Aviation Administration, the US Secret Service, the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Health Agency, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and various offices within each of the military branches.  Read more

Brian Stadsvold

Being able to not just adapt to an evolving environment, but to provide innovation and leadership while doing so, are integral to our success.

Brian has been providing leadership to ALC since 2016 and is responsible for corporate growth, marketing and communications, industry relations and alliances, strategic planning, and competitive analysis. His business development activities generate business intelligence and establish and maintain business relationships with customers, potential customers, and teaming partners.

Brian also contributes to the technical development of ALC’s proposals, having served as ALC’s Program Manager on the USMC Reset and Reconstitution Support Contract. His knowledge of our customer’s requirements, the state of the logistics industry, and the tools and processes needed for success is a valuable asset to ALC and the Federal programs ALC supports.

James White

We can be of service by developing our own, capabilities—expanding our knowledge and skills—so that we can best support our customers, staff, and teammates.

Jim brings over 40 years of success in supporting human capital resources for government operations both in the United States and abroad. He charts the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to do various jobs within the industry, researches labor markets to determine skills availability, and most important, determines the compensation and benefits required to attract and retain qualified people. Jim has worked with ALC and our teaming partners since 2008 and is responsible for the recruiting and hiring of over 1000 people. His success is reflected in a 98% retention rate of ALC employees last fiscal year.

Jim is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with decades of experience supporting DoD, its Services, and the defense industry. Before joining the company, he managed the human capital resources for international acquisition and logistics organizations that included Director for Military Personnel positions at the Defense Commissary Agency and the Defense Logistics Agency.  Read more
