Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise Business System


The Acquisition Logistics Company provided business process engineering for the SAP Enterprise Business Systems support to include data retrieval, system analysis and programming, training, job aid preparations, and EBS Help Desk functions.  Also, with requirements similar to Defense Supply Center Philadelphia(DSCP), our Defense Supply Center Columbus(DSCC) team prepared Remedy Tickets and System Change Requests(SCR) while researching and resolving 8,890 Intermediate Documents since FY2008.  This number included thousands of OF-51, OF-39, OF-11, and OF-167 IDocs.


Specific tasks include:


◊ Developing Job Aides and SCRs across the Enterprise

◊ Maintaining Desk Top procedures

◊ Developing ad hoc queries, pulling data, and providing analysis

◊ Providing operational data support

◊ Providing general support to DSCC Order Fulfillment and Product Specialist end users to include training delivery

◊ Identifying and documenting logistics system problems and document solutions

◊ Assisting the J-6 (Sustainment) organization in system problem resolution and testing
