Program Management Office (PMO) Operations and Support

  • Program Management Office Support

    • ALC offers certified Program/Project Management Professionals (PMP) to provide PMO-level support to facilitate major systems acquisition and development programs and engineering lifecycle management.

    • We develop business cases and alternatives for major program development strategies, provide comprehensive schedules and milestones, prepare documentation for each step, and submit detailed status reports.

    • ALC also provides quality administrative PMO support.

  • Project Management Plans

    • Our Project Management Institute (PMI) based PMPs support customer initiatives by addressing scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement requirements.

  • Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&MS)

  • Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)

    • Similarly, we develop an IMS to provide a consistent tool for program planning, executing, and tracking technical, schedule, cost, and risk activity.

  • Integrated Project Schedule (IPSs)

    • Our IPSs describe the project’s scope and links major project functions: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, etc.

    • Our Communications Plans—in conjunction with the PMP—ensure the timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, and ultimate disposition of project information.

  • Financial and Business Management

    • ALC provides highly experienced Financial and Business Specialists to assist in accurately prioritizing, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling financial activities including project control, acquisition management, and budgeting.

    • We are experienced with both Department of Defense and the Federal agency Planning, Programing, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) processes.

    • We provide Earned Value Management utilizing both internal and customer tools.

  • Contract/Vendor Management

    • We provide DAWIA, FAI, NCMA and DoD certified program and contracting staff to deliver contract management services that control costs, reduce risks, and ensure service deliverability.
